Hemp Genetics Group is a business conglomerate that focuses on the innovation, development and commercialization of industrial hemp cannabis sativa L, for the demand of the international markets.

The company was founded in 2015 by Jorge Menor Menor, who serves as president and CEO. HGG is headquartered in Madrid, Spain, where administrative and distribution operations are handled.

The company grows and processes cannabinoids through its Spanish subsidiaries: Astro Hemp Genetics and RJ Industrial, both based in Madrid, Spain. These subsidiaries make up 200 hectares of cultivation capacity, with a production capacity of more than 300 thousand kilos of biomass per year.

Its processing capacity is more than 10,000 liters of refined hemp cosmetic oil per year, in collaboration with the extraction laboratories of the Ikupharma company in Switzerland.

HGG owns Universal Horticultura, an input distributor and supplier of crop products. As well as Universal Seeds, a THC seed bank for collectors, specialized in wholesale, in bulk, with traceability of legal production in Europe. Both based in Madrid.

In South America, through its Colombian and Uruguayan partners, HGG owns more than 20 hectares of crops with a production capacity, every 4 months, of around 60 tons of biomass with the jointly owned subsidiary Hemp Colombia and the headquarters of Hemp Genetics. In uruguay.

HGG has strategic alliances with Ikupharma, a Swiss-based pharmaceutical company.
